Your Collaboration Matters Inc. reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at Your Collaboration Matters Inc.'s discretion.  Membership is subject to change under rules adopted by Your Collaboration Matters Inc. Membership fee is for the period of Jan.1 to Dec.31 and expires on Dec.31 each year.

The tax rules are complex, change frequently and depend on the individual taxpayer’s situation. You agree that you are responsible for consulting with your own tax advisor as to the tax consequences associated with your YCM Membership/AnyMama USA activities. Although Your Collaboration Matters Inc. will make general income tax information available to you, you agree that Your Collaboration Matters Inc. shall not be held liable or responsible for such information and any tax or financial consequences that you may incur in connection with your income and income tax. By accepting YCM Membership/AnyMama USA Support Service, you acknowledge that any tax liability or other adverse tax consequences to you resulting from the YCM Membership/AnyMama USA activities will be the responsibility of, and will be borne entirely by, you.
